Items showed up late and a bit banged up. I was pretty disappointed with the condition they came in.

I've tried reaching out to the Info email a couple of times, but still no reply. It's been over 15 days since I placed my order, and I haven't received anything or gotten a refund. This is the worst service I've experienced.

I really enjoy getting my stuff from La Bites; they have the most amazing food products around! The American/Australian selection is just fantastic, thanks a ton!!! Plus, my deliveries are always on point, and the drivers give me a heads up when they're en route... much appreciated! I'm definitely placing another order soon. SO TASTY 😋 A HUGE THANK YOU!

If I had the option to give no stars, I definitely would. I attempted to place an order yesterday, but I received this error message: {Some items in your cart can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again}. After a bunch of back-and-forth with 'Tech Support', they concluded with this: [Our technical team has informed us that there is no issue on our side of things]. Not exactly helpful when you're trying to sell products. There's a lot of room for improvement here. You might wanna think twice before using this site. Just a heads up.
